what happened to graphics.

This is a screenshot of the rinky dink settings choices I just received.   What happened to the settings that has more choices to check off?  Why are they changed and who changed them on me.  

Can anyone help.

Even though I can't view your first screenshot, I do understand what you mean. Check your Graphic Driver settings and make sure 'Hardware Acceleration' is enabled on your computer. Only then will you get additional settings like Dynamic Lighting, Shadows, etc.

Some while ago this thing happened to me too, turned out the server was smth like overheating (?) so it lowered graphics for a lot of people

The simplest solution that I have frequently used to solve problems with graphics, is to restart your computer. After restarting, log in again to the game, then check the settings to see whether or not the problem has been solved. If restarting the computer is not enough, you should follow the instructions about solving this problem given in the following article: Things missing from Settings - How to fix.

 

In short, there may be many ways to solve the problem, but often the common theme is that for some reason, the Flash acceleration software is not turned on or is not working properly.
