Yesterday, on my alternative account. I bought a thunder. I self destructed once and changed to railgun. Next day, I go back into garage. Thunder has disappeared. 150 crystals gone :( . What the hell is this?

That's most likely a bug. Check the amount of crystals you have after server restart or if you got your Turret back if not than you can fill the this form. Although 150 crystals is not much but still if you really want to than you can do it.  :)

Same problem happened before the previous server restart.

Do the same instructions please.  Wait and see, if not than you can fill the application.

and try to open your account via incognito mode if u use chrome or any other browser..

That is exactly what I do. Always works well for me. Dunno why but seems to have a problem with thunder on all my accounts...Ok, only problem is that my phone doesn't open form.

Use the "Forms" application if you use android. Or try opening from chrome and in settings click "request desktop site".

In addition what @Quasar said: 

• please note that the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

I am still getting the notification of : This card cannot be used for this purchase, please use a different credit/debit card. It worked perfectly before, and my card isn't blocked.

I don't know how the sim cards work in where you live but in here If someone has some sort of balance in his/her card than they pay using that but if they have a subscription than they pay using that as well. It really depends on how your card works and what kind of sim card it is, usually if it is prepaid one than you use the remaining money you have in your sim card so if you are willing to buy than just try doing and you will see what it will say/ask.

Did you try contacting your bank in case the card is working 100% in everywhere even if it worked before? Thinks can change.

No but it worked perfectly fine yesterday. I bought smthing, it worked, 5 mins later I tried to buy again. It stopped working.

And there is enough money for it to work? If so, does it display any messages like payment failed or anything else? Please try taking a picture of what it displays once you try purchasing something, thank you.

Please do so but don't send anything personal tho like the cards number, etc. Keep everything private as a private, just want to see the message it says/displays to see if I will be of any help.

You can view all your posts by clicking on your profile.

 

There is no way to see how many likes you've given.

You can see how many posts you did in the day if you are on the top 20 poster's list. About reputation, you can just click your profile > go likes > Given. Count from the desired date, its the possible solution for now.

If you have other cards, try it. I think there might be a problem for tanki accepting amount by your card.

No, the Clan license isn't and will be not for sale. As said by our CM here.

Through, the price of the license is said to be reduced in future updates.
