One could mult purposely just to get in a battle with those weaker players, then wreck them all up. :P

Closing because players are not using help site which was actually made for problems & solutions.

well like I said and the post was removed like normal.. not everyone likes the help section cause its not complete , many things are still missing or confusing for players. I use only if I need to but over all not planning on it will contact tanki or mods on issues with in game or forum when it crashes..

All players regardless of rank even below WO1 can catch Gold Boxes, it isnt a hack.

 

However players below WO1 can't drop a Gold Box using the Gold Box supply.

Sorry, but refunding isn't possible as far as i know.

You do have a point, I've never heard of anything like this before so you could send a request to the Help Desk and see what they say. Make it abundantly clear that you arent looking for a monetary refund.
