I can no longer play TO on the client because it keeps saying "Server connection closed", despite having an excellent internet connection.

It takes a lot longer for the main lobby to load completely then whenever i click play my name registers on the player list it keeps loading for a while then redirects me the main lobby or pops up "Server connection closed".

 

This just started to happen yesterday.

 

Press "Win+R" and

                                         

 "Törlés=Delete"

When I click on a battle it begins to load. About half way through I get the message "Server Connection Closed" and a button that says "Re-enter Game." I click on the button and it takes me back to my login page. I login and I'm back in the lobby. It happens intermittently. Sometimes it will happen once, sometimes 3 times in a row and other times it doesn't happen at all. I don't play on the client. It happens when I choose a battle from the lobby, but so far, it hasn't happened when using the MM, but started after the MM update. 

 

My browser is Chrome. All the caches are dumped and all updates have been completed. My internet connection is solid and the FPS and ping are within acceptable range. 

 

I wonder if it's possible this is happening because the server can't handle the traffic. It hasn't happened when I play after 10:00 pm (UTC-5). Mostly happens during the afternoon and early evening, around noon to 8:00 pm. Between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, it may happen occasionally.

   Hi, i just read your problem, Once i was facing this problem which was really annoying. 

   The problem outcomes are :-

   You PC may be error for this, check Ping or FPS even if they are perfect, which means its time to clear all browser data. If even it did'nt give you hand... Then try the client version. I have smooth battle in client versions. Still you face this problem that means some guy has got you password.. re-change it. Still if you face it... then, the fault is given to Tanki. In V-logs, they once said Tankers often face this server disconnect problem due to over updates in the game. Even they said that turret vulcan helps to trigger the Server disconnect problem. I recommend to stay away from maps such as holiday maps , Polygon , or any maps which you see often. Try going to maps such as Deck-9, Farm i get smooth over there. 

P.S Try install graphics card. helps me a lot.

He said he cleared the cache. May I ask what the graphics card has to do with connection issues?

Hey, I just thought of an interesting question whilst having a bath with my cat. What happens to our accounts after like 123 years (oldest age ever recorded to date) if they are still active? Do they get an automatic block? Because then it'd obviously be account sharing.

It is ever "recorded" oldest age. Someone can be older than 123 years in the world. 

 

Since this does't proof that this player is dead, account will remain unblocked.

Yes, but the message they send with gift will not be displayed. Instead, you will see this message: "The communication abilities of the sender of this gift are restricted"

I don't know any online game which lasted for 123 years though. The question is really absurd.

I searched through the rules, but I cannot find the answer, unless I've overlooked it. 

 

RE: Nicknames

 

In the rules, it gives many examples of types of Nicknames that are not allowed and that the player's account will be blocked until the Nickname is changed. It also mentions that a player has one month to change a Nickname for free. If after the one month period is over and a Nickname is reported as being against the rules, will the player be forced to pay for the Nickname change even though that person didn't realize at the time of Nickname activation that the Nickname was offensive in any way?

 

When a new account is created, the person is told if that Nickname is taken and gives alternate suggestions. However, I have seen Nicknames that I would consider offensive and/or against the rules. So, those types of Nicknames are not blocked at the time of being created.
