I was moderating FB - player sent this. They are curious about it too.

 

EDIT: Link is most likely a redirect thing, example http://randomepagemadeupbyme.tankionline.com/en/ Anyone can type anything in before .tankionline.com - just redirects you.

You can type any word you like in front of 'tankionline.com'. Doing so has several benefits, like fixing certain loading issues (as if your browser cache is cleaned) or staying logged in with several accounts. For example if you have two accounts and you want to quickly log in to both without logging out and typing name + password, you just bookmark the links 'account1.tankionline.com' and 'account2.tankionline'. Then you can toggle 'remember me' on both accounts.

These questions deal specifically with the version of Tanki Online provided on Steam:

• Why, once you login or create a TO account, does that TO account get linked to your Steam account, and there is no ability to log out of the TO account?
• Why has the in-game Shop been disabled since late December, and -- in the case it will ever be enabled back -- when will it be available again?

1) Yes, the account does get linked to your Steam account. Its impossible to unlink the account once you've done that.

 

2) The shop was disabled due to credit card fraud. There is no information about when it'll be reinstated but I'll get back to you if I find anything.

They only get linked if the player signs in or up through Steam. If you don't want a Steam linked account you can sign up through Tanki's normal website.

 

I'm not too sure as to why the accounts cannot be unlinked later, perhaps its something logistical or to do with Steam's rules.

Before new Rules I was Leader of Clan "Thunder Army" [TA] & Leader of Parkour Club "Thunder Army" [TA]

but then they made noob rules (Rank Limit) and clan topic was rejected because of this even they dont trust me i was not spam.

I am in Colonel Rank for more then 1 year, if I want to Rank up slow y i cant make a clan like we used to in old times?

Even if Adriel.RB was that and Adriel.RB will report with 1 minute video they will do the same because they stopped trusting us and they think we will edit the proofs.

Actually I believe you can reopen your clan at your current rank because it was made before this rule was implemented. As long as it is not for making a new clan (which you have to be my rank for), you should be ok. Nevertheless, i may be wrong. :ph34r: Edited February 10, 2018 by You.Have.to.die

But I don't want my clan name to be Thunder Army or I don't want same designs. It will take a lot of time to rework on everything specially looking for members again :(

Design shouldn't be a problem, but changing the name of the clan would be. Furthermore, recruitment is a key part of any clan, all clans do it. Some succeed and some fail.
