What happened to 50% discounts on micro-upgrades and 70% on speed-up ? do they still exist or have they been replaced by 50-50% discounts? and will there be any 50-70% briefly ? 

Hello. The discounts have been reduced in this Tanker's Day sale specifically. They have been replaced by 50-50% discounts on MU's and their speed ups respectively, although I cannot say for sure whether the 70% speed ups will return or not, but the chance of that happening is considerable, in my opinion.

My alt account's nickname was taken a long time ago. I figured out the new nickname it got i.e. <<r_nickname0>>. I kept playing on that alt with the new nickname. It isn't linked with an email yet. I can play on it but I was wondering am I eligible to get a new nickname by contacting tech support?

I think if your nickname was taken tech support will let you change it for free. I could be wrong, but its worth a try in any case.

Hey Royal,

I'm afraid no. If your nickname has been changed (for example: r_Mikaelson0), you cannot contact the tech support to have it changed for free. The only way to change your nickname would be to buy the Rename Pass in that case.

I think if your nickname was taken tech support will let you change it for free. I could be wrong, but its worth a try in any case.

If your nickname looks like this <<r_nickname0>> then you can request a free change.

But first link this account with a valid e-mail address and then request a free change using this form: https://tankionline.com/forms/free/en/

Also make sure that the new nickname you are looking for is available.

 

If you already had an address e-mail registered, you would have received an e-mail with link where you can very easily change your nickname.

I tried to see how far I could go with a name. I put in: 1234567890qwertyuiop and that's all the spaces it would let me have. BTW, it says the nickname is already in use. So, all you would get is: skdjufjsdjvjsmwolr8t and then tell you that name is already in use.  :D

the English mods say that you should ignore him .. and we can't ban him

Well why the Ru players can ban poeples by sending only Pic for them cursing while En players can't?

Because different communities have different administration, which can set its own rules as they see fit. In the English community the administration decided that processing chat violation reports on the forum was an inefficient use of moderators' time, so the section was closed. The RU staff do not share the same opinion.

Idk how to quote this correctly, but if this is true, and someone wants someone banned, they should convert their complaint to russian and take it to a russian mod?

well you could report in Russian Forum but 90% they will not accept it since its not a Russian violation 

and about why they closed the EN Chat Report Section i'm sure thats cause the new chat system update and if you notice there is an active EN Chat moderators in the chats now so no need to report on forum anyway,so they will tell you to ignore him and i agreed with that if someone insulting/spamming you just ignore him you don't need to get mad and reply to him like ignoring him will make him mad  :ph34r: 

 

anyway if you want to see your ignore list write in the chat (/blocklist)
