Hacked?

Thanks a lot tanki.

So I just logged on today and happened to notice that my 325k crystals was now down to 33k.

 

What. The. Heck.  :o  :mellow:

 

I have been saving for almost a year to get Touche when I finally rank, and now there is no way I can even think of doing that without buying, cuz either some nub hacked my acc and bought a stupid "healer" kit, or I bought it with the double click buy thingy on my glitchy computer (which I think is extremely un-probable cuz it still asks you to confirm your purchase.) Either way, GG tanki you just made me actually consider quitting this game forever :angry:  :angry: Now I have to start over no matter what I do, be it continue saving for touche, or learning to play with hornet m3 :'( I am super unhappy with you now tanki. And can you blame me? I just lost 8 months hard earned crystals to a worthless kit that I h8 everything about.

 

Sorry for this little rant but I am really upset right now. . .

 

PS is there anyone, anyone could tell me how to get rid of this freaking kit and get my crys back??? Please I am desperate :/

Either it was a hack, in which case follow the advice given above and contact Tech Support OR it was your own mistake (the double click bug, as you say), in which case your crystals will not be returned to you. In any case, Tech Support will be able to decide which one was it, so don't worry.

Hope you'll get your crys back and be able to get Touche Ethan...I'd think it was a hack since it's difficult to accidentally buy something, even if you have a really laggy or glitchy computer. Or do you have any siblings or anyone who could get into your account from your computer or anything like that? Hopefully tanki help will be of assistance.

As for your problem with changing your password, try this workaround:

On the log in screen, click "Lost nickname or password?" and enter your email. The link you then receive might work.
