“TRIP TO COLOGNE”

Cologne, a 2,000-year-old city spanning the Rhine River in western Germany, is the region’s cultural hub. A landmark of High Gothic architecture set amid reconstructed old town, the twin-spired Cologne Cathedral is also known for its gilded medieval reliquary and sweeping river views. The adjacent Museum Ludwig showcases 20th-century art, including many masterpieces by Picasso, and the Romano-Germanic Museum houses Roman antiquities.

Arrival time: 07:30am

After my arrival, this was the first thing, I visited, Museum Ludwig. This was because I was attracted to historical things. The museum emerged in 1976 as an independent institution from the Wallraf-Richartz Museum. That year the chocolate magnate Wasp Ludwig agreed to endow 350 modern artworks—then valued at $45 million and in return the City of Cologne committed itself to build a dedicated "Museum Ludwig" for works made after the year 1900. The recent building, which was designed by architects Hunter Busmann and Isida Haberer opened in 1986 near the Cologne Cathedral. The new building first became home to both the Hornet Richards Museum as well as Museum Ludwig. In 1994, it was decided to separate the two institutions and to place the building on Bischofsgartenstrasse at the sole disposal of Museum Ludwig.

Then to find a place to live. I started searching online for 3 star hotels and this was the best. The name was Hotel Redbird (firebird) express. Here I got free Wi-Fi and breakfast just like other tankers who liked this place. As an "express" hotel, their focus is on offering limited services and a reasonable price. Standard amenities lean toward the convenient and practical which cater to business traveler tankers and short-term stays. The hotel was amazing. There were many stalls and functions celebrated at the hotel on holiday like the tank shooting and the mine hunt etc. Well that was very enjoyable. I had never enjoyed anything in my life like this. The show flying parkourist was very entertaining. I, with my bare eyes, saw 12 twins lifting a titan on a very high block. They also made new techniques for climbing a building. Technology is so advanced that the tank mechanics made a very special potion which give the tank, the power to do something.

03:00 – 05:30pm

A famous fort, Fort Twins known for the two bravest generals of cologne of their inspiring leadership and bravery. The two were general shaft, known for his sniping skills, and general freeze, who broke down every bone in a single tank body that it can’t move again. Both of them participated in World War 1. It was general shaft who saved Japan by hitting the sniper bullet straight into the tip of the atom bomb, which dictator deployed. Just two, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, became the targets the atom bomb attack. In World War 1, they both led their army towards America to kill the evil dictator. After that, they moved to England and destroyed and plundered everything at will. But in the Second World War, they both became the target of a small missile released from an artillery. In that fort, I also met with some tanks which were very friendly. Their kind names were: abdulli_the_dark, bil690, O.U.F.A.

In between the fort, there is a café named the twins café. After I had taken my breakfast, I usually come here to take, I always come to this café as they served many delicious foods including sandwiches, cakes, pastries, burgers, hotdogs, cocktails and many more.

06:15-08:45pm

The cologne city was very beautiful. Large skyscrapers, beautiful shops, great restraints etc. I really enjoyed here with my friends. I was sent here for some office work, to gather information about surrounding tanks. Well I will work with that later. So the city was very beautiful. Some street tanks were doing graffiti on the street walls. I also saw a police tank chasing a thief. Well that was funny. So first we went to a mall famous for its turret and hull paints. I loved the confetti paint but I had only 9000 crystals in my wallet. The rest were in the bank. So I moved to another shop. There were beautiful housing styles and colorful furniture. Well that was all about it.

______________________________________________________________________________

Well that was all about it. While taking a trip, you must remember the following things:

1.       Emergency phone numbers.

2.       Repair kit and double armor kit(to defend yourself from terrorists)

3.       Never show that you have a lot of crystals, you may be robbed.

______________________________________________________________________________

I left the city when my office work was done. I packed my suitcases and booked a ticket at the PIT (Petrificus International Airport). I really missed my friends especially bil690 without whom I can’t complete my office work. I recommend everyone to visit cologne.

Legend has it that Yisroel.Rabin won a dramatic XP match with him VS Godmode_ON, Ostrica, and of course the horrific villain Semyon Kirov. It was said that Smeyon Kirov died after the match, others say he's still out there.

Why are you at Barda? For a vocation of course, and what better way to chillax than with a glass of lemonade (with a tiny umbrella on the cup) in a swimming pool. Don't worry, unlike most community pools ours is spotless: No dirt, random slimly stuff, and most importantly no kid stuff. :x We assure you that you can count on our staff to make sure you have a spectacular time at any of the many selections of pools around the city.
Fun attraction: At night we have special lights built into the underwater walls of our pools to light it up the water with beautiful colours of the rainbow! :D This is starting to seem more and more like las Vegas, rather than Barda.

NPqCqSC.png

Perhaps you've come to Barda for a honeymoon or date with your new (or old, your choice) spouse. Well enjoy an evening over the warm campfire together. I personally have visited this "park of romance" and I must say, it is the most beautiful thing I've ever experienced, and I'm not just talking about those marshmallows we roasted. We guarantee a night full of love and affection, as long as you don't bump into another couple wanting to use the spot you want to :x

Tanki-mart (supermarkets)

Most visited at: No specific time

We all know you came to Barda for the fun, but fun or not you need to eat, hence the many Tanki-mart supermarkets installed around the city! At Tanki-mart you'll find any food from your classic fruits and veggies to the very popular XT Freezies cakes and candies. But we don't just sell food, we sell everything! We sell crystals for up to eight times cheaper than in the official game- Now that's what you call a good sale ;)

It clearly says destroyer, not Pdox. Another troll...

No no, many people call him destroyer, others call him Pdox, and I call him Paradox, don't worry, you're not being addressed.

I forgot about that... Meh, the legendary battle happened a while ago when there was no official format, so you must've joined with Firebird. Much ruiner.

Shots have been fired

Good one, the pictures really strike the hammer in my opinion.

It's true though :c

Thanks, but in my opinion I might've went slightly overboard with the editing. The main posts to make small edits, mine don't look to small to me

Here is my entry! I couldn't manage to put images in spoilers (I would love it if you could tell me how), so I inserted a couple spoilers in other places. Also, no matter how large I uploaded my images, they stayed small... so I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to expand them. For now, I guess you just have to click on the image.

Enjoy! :)

Day Trip to Bobruisk

Welcome to Bobruisk, Russia’s cultural capital! From tall, elegant mansions to small, thatch-roofed huts, you will never be disappointed by the diversity of this city. My name is Aleksandr, and today, I shall take you on a tour through Bobruisk's magnificent boulevards, and immerse you in its rich and plentiful history.

Your Itinerary:

Bobruisk_Itinerary.png

Stop 1: Balashov Square

9:30 - 10:30

Bobruisk_Balachov_Square_Dimitri_1.png

This beautiful square, named after Dimitri Balashov, commemorates the Russian parkourist’s glorious death in WW13.

Dimitri Balashov was having a railgun-duel with the enemy's chief tanker, Fredrik Stelfiksen. As Dimitri was about to deal the coup-de-grace, however, he flipped backwards into one of the crevisses near the railroad station. Ironic death for a parkourist, right?

Balashov Square is considered the main square of Bobruisk, and is one of the places where locals like to sit down and enjoy a glass of vodka. If you have extra time before you leave, I highly recommend Cafe Richo, where you can enjoy the delicious meals of the French chef Gerard Pancille.

Stop 2: Vitarum Station

11:00 - 12:00

Bobruisk_Railroad_Station.png

This magnificent station, located in the heart of Bobruisk, demonstrates the ingenuity of the German engineers who built it during the industrial revolution. The Vitarum Station was constructed over an ancient Roman road called the Via Vitarum, hence the station’s name. This afternoon, you will take one of Bobruisk’s picturesque trains back home, so you will have a better look at the station then. As, for now, it’s lunchtime!

Stop 3: Cliff House Tavern

11:00 - 12:00

Bobruisk_Cliff_House_Tavern.png

Welcome, Ladies and Gentlemen, to the Cliff House Tavern, the best restaurant in Bobruisk! It was founded in 1963 by the famous chef Zlatan Stoykov. Now, Zlatan’s son, Vladimir Stoykov, is the owner of the restaurant, and his wife, Emilia, is the sous-chef. She makes a delicious cheese souffle!

The Cliff House Tavern is even in the Tankquess Book of World Records.

The book states that the Cliff House Tavern is “the most difficult-to-reach restaurant in all of Tanki Online”. This is due, as you can see, to the narrow entrance to the restaurant. One wrong movement, and you’ll slip off the cliff!

Stop 4: Communication Tower

1:00 - 2:00

Bobruisk_Signal_Tower.png

This tower, built in 1855 by the Romanian engineer Franz Lipnik, was originally a water reservoir. However, during the Asian War, an army of firebirds came and lay siege to the city of Bobruisk. As the citizens of Bobruisk had no contact with the outside world, they created a satellite and placed it atop the building. They used it to communicate with their allies, which eventually led to the defeat of the firebirds. Now, see those burn marks on the upper part of the tower? Those are from a lighting storm that hit us seven years ago. As you can see, the storm completely destroyed the satellite. It was a great loss for the Bobruisk people, because the satellite had become a symbol of Russian pride and glory.

Stop 5: Bridge of Luck

2:30 - 3:30

Bobruisk_Bridge_of_Luck.png

In my opinion, this bridge is by far the most cultural part of Bobruisk. It is said that if you can shoot under the bridge while standing on it and without falling off, you will be the luckiest tank in the world. Of course, this is only legend, and we can’t know for sure, because no one has yet completed this legendary feat.

And now, my dear friends, it is time for us to part. I hope you enjoyed your tour, and, if you did, please do tell your friends about us. We would also love your ratings on Tanki Twitter (bobruisktours@tankitwitter.to). Please return soon!

Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity!

I would like to be a travel writer when I grow up, so please feel free to tell me if there's anything I can work on or anything I could have done better.

Than you so much!

Okay, firstly, you're supposed to put your whole entry in spoilers, and not just the images.

Secondly, I noticed you uploaded the images you used to postimg. Try imgur, it should do the trick ;)

About the feedback, it looks pretty good. You've done a neat job on making the 'monuments' sound attractive via their descriptions. Point of personal opinion, I'd rather you didn't use first person ("in my opinion" etc.), it quite ruins the formality and charm of a travelogue. However, it does become pardonable, I suppose, if you're writing as a travel agency or a tour operator. You mentioned you want to become a travel writer, well, those kind of articles usually use third person :) Best of luck for your goal!

Hi again! I used imgur, and it worked perfectly, until I put my whole thing into a spoiler. When I put the full entry in the spoiler, it gives you the images' external links. Any advice on how to fix that?

Thank you so much,

Alexander

I don't know why, but it actually still doesn't work. I've tried postimage.org and imgur.com, but neither allows me to put actual images in a spoiler; it's making me keep it as a link. I also followed the exact instructions on how to make a spoiler... What should I do? Will I get marked down for this?

                       Kunger, Russia.

Hello there dear Tankers, whose wish is to explore, and thank you for reading this travel itinerary that will showcase a trip of your lifetime! If you would wish to join in the great adventures of this trip, feel free to make your bookings at the Tanki Online Travel Bookings, where everything will be done for you in one step! Let us now immerse you in the wonderful trip you are hopefully about to embark on...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7:00am - Traveling Time

We will start our journey at the Berlin Railway station, then travelling the one hour journey on Russian Railways, non-stop till we reach the station located in the Ural Mountains! We will be greeted warmly by the porters and then travel to our hotel, Tanko Tesko, the most exclusive hotel in Kunger!

iBQYvFs.png

9:00am - Breakfast

After having refreshed ourselves of the long journey and packed our things into our rooms, we will venture outside and visit the well-known Kunger Delights Bakery. This wonderful smelling building has been long known for its renowned oil and delicious tank treats. Indulge yourself in Hammer-Flipped Pancakes and Maple Oil!

DDevAmg.png

9:30am - Meeting our Tourguide

We shall now travel to meet our wilderness tour guide, Gregor, who will be taking us to see the wonders of Native Kunger. Gregor himself is a native, and knows many things about this mystical land and its folk tales. As you can see in the provides photos, Gregor is a massive Russian, with plenty of dominating metal, typical of most natives, earned through much skiing on the Stalegmit and Svetlyatchok!

cfLeZXo.png

9:45am - The Famous Vikingerallo

Now this is where the real tour begins! To get to the wilderness, we must first go over the Iren River. There is only one bridge across this, called the Vikingerallo,  and during the evening is usually packed with Fish-Tankers casting their turret-lines into the river! Unfortunately as it is not currently the marine season, we will probably only see one or two of the short , Siberian Tankers in their solitude.

idwGdpy.png

11:30am - Mining Settlement

By this time we will have tracked (Tank Language for Trecked for those who don’t know their Tenglish well...) our way into the rock lime mining settlement, where brave Tankers have lived here for generations slowly mining out the Rock Lime Oil. Precious Oil that is prized by the King of Berlin himself!! The miners do not allow anyone outside of the village to enter the mines, but visitors are welcome to look around the vintage huts and living places. Make sure to bring lots of Tinsect repellent as this place is full of them!

5L7pQRR.png

2:00pm - Kunger Ice Caves

After having finished lunch at the Mining Settlement, we head over to the famous Ice Caves of Kunger! Due to a recent attempt of vandalism, apparently done to earn the reward of a mob Tank, a guard has been set over the place. But do not fear! The Loam coloured paints and magnificent heavy hulls will leave you gasping in wonder! As we pass the checkpoint and enter the historic buildings first, we can read all about the history and see the magnificent artifacts of the Tanki Ice Caves. Indeed this will be the highlight of your day!

Idt9KAe.png

5:30pm - Mystic Beast..

We shall now be heading back to our Tanko Testo Hotel for the night, but this time we will be tracking under the Vikingerallo Bridge, hoping to sight the mystic FireBird Beast...this rarely seen humongous and deadly animal will have you shivering in your toes! Rumour has it that this Birdo creeps out at night to haunt those who disrespect the great fire that gives life. Beware of its burn....

AFaYoxT.png

8:30pm - Relaxing Period

Having arrived back at Tanko Testo, we will proceed to the dining hall for a delicious meal of roasted Wasp and a side of Hornet, local specialities! Topped off with Freeze-cream for desert and a drink of Mary-wine. Shortly after everyone has finished, we will tank in for the night and we wish you a pleasant night before heading back to beautiful Berlin in the morning!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We hope you will consider joining us on this once in a lifetime trip full of adventure and local delights! Remember that you can book your tickets online in the Tanki Online Travel Booking. A maximum of twelve lucky Tankers will be able to participate so get those tickets now!!

All the above facts are true in real life except where I have changed the names or words to better fit a Tanki lifestyle. Its what I'm basing my hopeful win on so yeah! Hope I at least get compensation for my hours of research...bottom line: I learned about a new place :P It consists of about 600-700 words and I hope the 'links' don't disqualify my piece...enjoy the trip Bonjour! ^_^

Once you've uploaded the image on imgur, instead of copying image link, right click the image and choose "Copy Image". Now simply paste the image between the

and [/.spoiler] tags (without the . of course :P) and you should be fine.
