Email problem

I get a msg everyday when I log in saying I haven't confirmed email but when I check inbox,spam,trash.... there's nothing from tanki

 

Also tried changing email id,I see "We have sent an email" but nothing when I check there.

Funny, I did that already and no reply.

I checked the Spam folders, delete queues, logged out and back in, rebooted my computer....

Possibly the email provider has been blocked by Tanki?

How long has it been since you emailed them?

Be patient. Tech support is quite busy.

 

The email was sent from my alt.

From this account (already established), I tested to see if my email provider was still accepting from Tanki. I clicked for a password change and should have gotten an email within 10 minutes. It stated that an email had been sent. I have done this before. I waited 24 hours and no email/ I tried again. And the same result - no email. I am getting email from others outside Tanki, but not Tanki itself. Did a moderator perform a global block on specific providers?
