Need better mobile site

I'm playing Tankionline for ages. Most of the players are issuing there isn't any comfort on using mobile site. Although we know there's an option for desktop mode. But Basically there's a need of improvement in mobile site.

Cons of current mobile site:

1: no clear informations about pages and topics

2: Notification alerts are not showing. (It could be better if the alerts shown in option icon)

3: it could be better if there's an app for TankiForum

4: current theme is not adorable.

 

Note:

If any of the players out there is experiencing same issue. Please post your ideas or the issue you experienced if possible.

As far as basic functions are concerned, the mobile version of the forum is quite suitable. As far as I know, adding more features like ones which are suggested often isn't possible due to the limitations of the platform this forum is built on.

The mobile version of the forum is seriously crippled and needs moving to a new forum engine. Another problem is that you can go to first or last page.  -_-

No. When I enter a topic, it takes me to the first unread post so I can continue from where I left off.

Same, but thats no good if I want to check a club/clans main page. If I do, I have to type it into the address bar.

I find the mobile version of the forum very usable as it is - and I've used regularly it for intensive tasks such as writing and formatting articles over the past few years. You just need to know how to do what you want to. Any extra features would just unnecessarily clutter the interface.

I must disagree, game like TO with miliions of players need stable and working forum site available also on mobile platform, no matter if it'd be in app or not.

No matter what, you can't make the mobile version exactly same as PC version. They're both meant for different uses.

I'm saying that mobile version is perfect for 95% of the stuff including editing, messaging and from what I know, even basic moderation. For more complex things, one wouldn't use mobile at all. Edited September 17, 2016 by beaku

Not so true. Now tech improves. While comparing with other websites current mobile version is not so comfortable. My opinion is "Tanki need to adopt some features in mobile version"

Credits to IP board of this forum. :p.... You can't just add whatever features you want. There are technical limits. You can use browsers such as Puffin to get the complete desktop version if you just have to use mobile.

I did justify what I said, y'know. It is stable and working on mobile platform. Trust me, I've done a lot more with the mobile version than most normal users would want to, and it's worked out fine.

 

Perhaps you could suggest some specific improvements for ease of use - but in terms of functionality, it functions quite well as it is!
