Can Tanki Help If I Bought To Other And He Didnt Get?

Hi. I have youtube channel and i have a lot of giveaways and rewards for players. They send me paypal shop link and i can buy them golds or crystals.

 

I didnt get any trouble till now. I have one player that says he didnt get golds but on my paypal it says that i bought him. Paypal gives me opportunity to eligble buyer protection. So can tanki see if he got golds or not, or paypal can see that? I think he got golds but i need proof. Can tanki see if he got golds from me from my paypal?

Your best decision right here would be to contact help@tankionline.com and giving them as much details as possible. They are the ones who can help you in a safe manner.

In my opinion, you've done your job. If it shows the transaction has been successful, you don't have to do anything till the player you bought for can provide proof that he did not receive Gold Boxes.

ok for one this really has nothing to do with tanki this was done on a out side link and the best thing to do is see if pay pal can do a tracer on it to see if it did get into his account if it did then your proof is pay pal paper work .. your proof will protect u in this ..

if this did not go threw then you will have to fill out the paper work with pay pal to have them search it out.. it could be a issue with his account or with pay pal in general ...he might not have a account on receiving money .

 

.also have you send money to this person in the past ..??
