I used to buy crystals years ago and now im back to play and I cant buy more no paypal no credit card how can i fix it??

first like others have said contact tanki on line.. if this is still valid then check your pay pal account to see if your link has the correct info on it .. sometimes credit cards expire dates need to be updated.. if this is all good .. also check to see if your card / personal accounts have money to use on them.. if everything is good then you might need to contact the company's directly with phone calls and see if there is a block on there accounting section that you might not be aware of..

yes my paypal acc and credit card all is good i buy money im other games and it works. there is a problem with tanki I asked for help and I can not take a pic of the problem they wont solve it so i guess ill never buy again in that game

this happened to me to!! (but I have been online.) like I logged into Tanki and tried to buy, but I was blocked. (I just bought a couple hours b4) and so then I talked to Tanki and they helped me, then I went on again and openbucks had blocked me!! so then I fixed that up, and then tried again and payment wall blocked me!! I have no idea why. I was blocked by 3 different protection things. so I finally was able to buy, and then just yesterday I figured out I was hacked. And Tanki helped with resolve that and now no one is in my acc. (But they did drop the rest of my golds <_<)

Hey Meyron ^^^ I have had a lot of trouble taking picture. But then I went to prnt.sc or something like that, downloaded a little picture taking thing, and its awesome! like I haven't had any problems, you can select what you want to take a pic of. And if someone is breaking chat rules, you can report them with a pic. (tip: make sure you capture the whole screen when reporting)
