Hello everyone, I am in a riddle after the email I got from tanki.

After I sent that email to tanki support, I figured out it wasn't tanki, it was our bank. I'll show the email here.

Hello.
Your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. You should contact your bank for more details regarding this rejection.

Am I the only one that has ever gotten this issue? I think its just cause the transaction is out of the country.

So in my first post I explained how I couldn't buy anything, I woke up today and checked my grandmothers email and apparently century bank (our bank we use for our debit card) has been rejecting the transactions. Here's the email.

Anyone might know why they are rejecting these transactions? Could it be from them being out of Mobile Alabama US? Could it be cause of the malfunctions? Could it be cause its the first time ever trying to buy something from this game? Who knows, just please help.. Try to avoid making separate topics for the same issue.

About your problem, it may be arising due to limitations on your debit card. Usually, debit cards aren't used for international transactions and special permissions have to be taken from bank to avail such a debit card. Mind you, this is only a possible explanation. To be sure, contact your bank and ask them if international transactions are allowed via your grandma's debit card. If not, ask for possible alternatives.

I even tried with PayPal and it still gave me an error even though I had the paypal credits to fund it. Is it possibly the issue people have been talking about on forums with buying stuff?

If it's showing a problem with PayPal too, then yes, it could be the recent payment issue. Email Help Desk again and ask them regarding the PayPal issue. They should be able to confirm what kind of problem it is.

ok check your bank and see what is going on .. she might have to get a new card due to issues with hers it could be a old card or someone hacked her card .. 99% of the time the company's want to replace the cards to new updated style ..

if tanki is saying to contact the bank then its most likely a bank issue

 

also double check to see if the account numbers on the credit card matches up to her's .. and there is a slim chance she might have blocked the account from using pay pal or tanki accounts if she has no idea who it is / also the bank- credit card could also block it for not knowing ..sometimes things like this happens ..

UPDATE: It's cause I didn't have 3D Secure enabled on our card and we cant do it today cause the bank isnt open on saturdays and sundays. Thank you all Tanki mods and support. We will definetly get this issue sorted out on monday or etc. We didn't know tanki needed 3D Secure nor did we know 3D Secure was a thing.
