Halloween Mission

Yesterday, I completed my Halloween mission (earn 3000 experience for 6500 crystals because I am major), but I didn't collect the reward and today when I came on to collect it (in vlog, it was stated missions could be completed and collected the next day so you don't have to play to have mission chain), it was gone. I was wondering if tanki can give the crystals if you missed it so yeah, please reply and see if you can do anything about it. Tank you!

I don't think this will be happening, as they have said that the missions will be going once the map is gone. They even gave an extra day with the halloween map, and the mission too. 

 

And I'm not sure if it is even possible to find out who had completed the missions or not.

 

Why did you not collect the mission reward once you had finished it?

 

As for the V-LOG, yes that was for missions in general. It didn't apply to the special Halloween mission, and it was said that it would be removed once the map was removed as well, for some reason.

you would have to pm to Mr Debono .. to see what he says..

As administrators or even developers said, always contact moderators about it first. They are busy. Besides didn't Mr.Debono say he is busy with his family during the weekend and only works during the weekday? Lol  ^_^

Anyway, if you don't have a screenshot, I'm afraid you can't do anything about that.

Sometimes, I usually don't have the time needed to complete a mission so I just complete some the day before and collect it the next day. That is why I was dumb enough to not collect the reward and I don't have a screenshot...so I suppose I'm going to have to learn from this lesson, but anyways, to all who took the time to read my problem and tried to help me thank you a lot, I appreciate it.

yes he is busy with real life on the weekends .. but you can drop a line and when he returns he would answer his questions .. also i have send emails to the forum admin who still has not opened any of my emails , i now send them to the CM due they get answered within a few days or a week ,  faster then the admin..

 

missions being removed after completion was a issue i did post in his chat or another thread in that section and I'am still waiting for the CM to get back to us on it.. they might change the rules on holiday missions ?? not sure yet

REALLY? 

 

Why didn't those missions work like EVERY other mission every day?  I wasn't going to have time to do missions on them today, so I wanted to claim it today... like I can do with every other mission.  

 

Like I said, I got hosed by this, and that response doesn't help with the aggravation it's caused. 

I'm not trying to aggravate you. All I'm saying is that we clearly announced that the missions were going away at 02:00 UTC on the 31st October, so it's clear that you needed to claim them before that. These were not normal missions. That fact was made perfectly clear. I do apologize if there was a misunderstanding, but the announcement was clear as day.

Tanki has a self updating mechanism that allows them to check what missions they each player has got. So you do not really need a screenshot.

I'm sure you cannot get the reward again if you do NOT have any proof.

In this case even with proof, you will not get the reward, as it was clearly stated that the mission would disappear after the server restart, no matter how unfortunate it is.
