I deleted my RR3 weeks ago, If i want to play obviously i'll download it but will i get to play RR3 with my old data?

Like the cars i already owned, after the re-install would they be shown?

If you had save your process to iCloud then when you download RR3 again, it will ask you if you want to load x% process from x days :)
