That moment when I came to know that the Best helpers of the year 2015 got 1 year of Premium and the choice of either 2 fully Micro-Upgraded XT's or 1 Million crystals.....

 

Had the exact same feeling as Picard in that gif when I learned these poor helpers got only just that for slaving their rears off a whole year and putting up to a few inconsiderate persons who see them as the enemy, while they are the very ones these helpers try to help.  Shame !

This is not me disrespecting you by reposting a pic of a post you hid, on the contrary me, as well as other admins appreciate your criticism.  And in that spirit and in order to clarify what we've tried to clarify so many times in so many different topics, pms, chats, etc... please allow me to share a little analogy of some part of my life :

Often I'm involved in community work over here, voluntary, no pay.  The 1 group I enjoy the most is the one who helps educate the youth about the environment and marine life.  Often this same group of youngsters come with us, whole days, sometimes whole weekend campaign helping in raising up  awareness and in cleaning up forest, beaches, and various other stuff.  

At the end of all that all they get is a small piece of paper with a thank you note, or a little badge.  No one will remember their efforts , I can't even remember all of them, or their names or faces.  But at least I know when they come across me, even years after they are happy they learned a few things or two, but more importantly we can be happy that during their working they had a meal, they had some drinks and a few other goodies.  

It was the littlest we / the sponsors could afford, but thankfully their travelling expenses, lunch and dinner was there.  

Over here its no different.  Young people volunteering.  However all are scattered all over the world.  How on earth is such a small game company even supposed to send these guys a meal? or a drink? or anything?  

A few meagre crystals , and meagre it is, and a premium for only the very few who consistently helped out all year long without getting a salary.  That's all they're getting.  Why are you people so hurt about this????

well like i said in  my pm too u i respect some mods but there are a few who have told me i'm on there black list or even if i send in reports mine would be put on the bottom of the pile..

 

now saying that the last time i looked at the dictionary it says...a person who performs a service willingly and without pay.

 

too me when i volunteer its to give myself free to what ever i chose to join and will give it 100% of my time when i'am there also the only pay i get back from it is the joy on the faces who i have made a difference in there life wither it be a child or adult ..i give my self from the heart not my pocket book ..cause when you give... i find down the road you will get back one day..

 

i really don't have any issues with you guys getting paid in crystals ...this is the company's choice
