HELL yes! Know why? In the V-Log where they were advertising about Golds, the guy with the long hair and glasses (I don't know his name, he was the guy in Yis' last meme though), said that the Gold dropping function would help make STG's easier (look here) ... he never said anything about TDM battles or anything ... Yes, it is to some extent sabotage but if an STG is done in TDM, like you said, it's too unpredictable and either the fund will be wasted in a 999 kill battle or some noob will take the Gold and end it on the last kill.

And I s'pose we were notified, about a month ago. Every time Tanki makes changes to the rules, they send out a notifications, saying to reread them. I even remember discussing the changes in a Skype chat.

It was obviously by a Russian Mod, "surprise".

 

Now about the rule, that's stupid, what's the point in STG now? Yes you could do TDM but what if the kill limit is reached? The battle ends, the point of that? In CTF you just leave 1-2 flags till the end, when the Gold is taken, you end the game.

It just another stupid rule in a game that is more corrupt than a government. Where was the notification about this?

 

Y.R I would take it to Cedric, not about your ban or kama (Because that will never be removed) but to see if this is a legit rule of not. If its not, the Mod could be kicked.

I did think it was odd that the rule is so quietly hinted, that I did indeed believe the battle mod made a mistake. I thought it wouldn't be help to bring it do authorities because based on previous occasions, I was stuck with it in my karma. HOWEVER, the tables have turns and as bydolord quoted so amazingly above, D_S is looking into it. Whether it's just because staff members were banned as well, I honestly don't care :lol: Every time I get banned it's a drama show :c

 

About the rule, it says:

 

2.1.5. Sabotage — Any acts or omissions aimed at creating obstructions for the team where the User is a member, including in CTF, TDM and CP modes, fighting against the team of which you are a member (intentional selection of weak equipment, frequent pauses, inactivity or intentional failure to comply with map’s or game mode’s requirements, imitation of issues with internet connection), damaging/destroying an ally’s tank, fighting in the interest of the opponent’s team (conspiracy);

 

See how that can slightly fit in? Surely this only meant in regular battles, and the battle mod made a mistake.

fantastic  for you .. and it would be best not to post the video unless Slow says its ok for now keep it private due to all the others who also got hit with it and they should also remove any and all banns that happened from the results of it .. including others if they swore or anything it was not right to have him act like this ... good luck again i hope this works out well for all ..
