problem with the bonuses from missions

Two days now I complete my missions and I don't get the bonuses! NOT TO MENTION THAT I COMPLETED THE 4 WEEK MISSION CHAIN AND I GOT A BIG ZERO AT BONUSES!!!!

You need to complete your missions continuously for 7 days a week. Atleast 1 everyday, if you miss out doing a mission even 1 day then your progress will be reset to the beginning of the week. To claim weekly rewards you have to do 1 mission everyday and after 7 days you will be rewarded with a certain sum of crystals and supplies. Eventually if you keep doing missions everyday and not even miss out even once, then you will reach the 4th stage, where you will receive the maximum possible rewards from weekly chains.

I noticed that today. I checked my heal supplies and they were at the same amount like I didn't play the missions. I will provide picture tomorrow.

Dude I am not ****** nor you I think. I do everyday ALL my missions and get the rewards and at the end of the 4th week I get rewarded with the certain sum of crystal. My 4 week chain ends every Sunday. But I didn't got my rewards nor today. I hope I made myself clear now!

I did that and they claim that I did not get in the game at 11 of December and the weekly chain has broken. explain this print screen then that I took today. At the lobby of chat I am asking someone to tell the date so the developers of tanki don't have an excuse that the pic is older. Thanks for your time.

This screenshot shows that you're at the beginning of your 4th chain. I cannot tell if this is your first or second day of the chain. If it is the second day, then it is perfectly possible that your chain was broken on the 11th of December. Not logging in for one day sets the chain back to the beginning of that week, not logging in for more than one day will eventually set it back to the beginning of the first week's chain.
