Hey Tanki, I was expecting to find myself having 10 GB's and the striker module, but somehow you guys messed up. I got over 1K kills in non-pro battles as requested by the rules. I wrote down my total kills and then made sure I got about 200 over the 1000 requirement to make sure everything was right. However, I only got 5 golds. Apparently I got only about 700-800 kills which is way out of proportion. There is no way I messed up the math. I am not the only person with this problem, I have seen many other players with the same problem as me. How am I supposed to fix this? Who should I contact?

Just done with my 1 000 kills :D Now I'm just patiently waiting to find out tomorrow how Tanki didn't count my kills, and made me waste hours of my life and hundreds of my drugs. :) Same happened today (Day 2). I made well over 500 kills and still they didn't count any of them. I couldn't find my name on the Google Doc.

You cannot do too much about it, just wait with a hope that they fix the Kill Counter system as soon as possible and that they give us something that could redeem our hard work.

What the heck is happening here Tanki? I'm missing 5 Gold Boxes on my @Total_Drama07 account. I clearly made over 520 kills but I got nothing, like the account never existed...

 

Was there a mistake on day 2 where people were missed?

 

I did it within the time zones so what happened? Do I take this to help@TankiOnline.com? Or is this just a mistake that will be fixed in a few hours?

 

I'm clearly not the only one, I worked for 4 hours to get those Gold and ranked so I DO mind if you don't give them to me.

I made exactly 1209 kills between 21:00 utc on the 23rd, until the 20:59 on the 24th. Wasted a lot of time and a tonne of supplies to get to that number, and they gave me 5 golds?!?

Clearly there was a mistake, which not only afects all the players who made the necessary kills, be they, 1000, 500, our 250, but all so, the choosing of the winner of the fully micro-upgraded Striker turret.

i defenitly made 250 kills from 2100 UMT on the 24th till 2059 on the 25th on normal non-pro battles and they were my kills and i havent received my gold boxes that i worked really hard for can u look into it and fund them for me

I got 3 Gold boxes for doing 250 Kills.

 

Will i get another 3 gold boxes if i do 250 kills today?

 

Or do you only get the reward once?

All the kills in Non-PRO battles will count. It is not affected by which battle specifically.

Darn. I got over 1K but most of them were from PRO battles.

Are you sure you got all kills in normal battles ( NON PRO) ?
