I closed the notification that had the link for selecting a module and now I dont know where to get from again and no one in tanki team is helping me

Note down your total number of kills from your profile on the rating page at the start (at 21:00 UTC), that way you can always check back how many kills you've made so far.

Now, can you show me how to see the number of kills. It  shows only score right? Sometimes, CP may give you more score.

Go to your ratings page and see the total number of kills you have there. (30,346 for example). Add 250 to it and that's the number of kills you need (30,596 in this example). After each battle, reload the page and check if you've reached.

But i havn't got the in game notification yet thats the problem. i made the kills on day 2 , im on the list and i got 1215 kills. i already got my 10 gold boxes, but not the notification to choose module

I was there in the list of day 3 winners too with 532 kills and I got my prize, but i did not use those golds yet. Do I need to use my 1st prize gold boxes in order to get my 2nd prize with 5 gold boxes?

You can only get the prize for 500 kills once. If you want to get a prize now, you'll have to make 1000 kills which will give you 5 extra Golds and a protection module.
