Help! Crystals problem

Tanki, today I have made a payment of 14.99 USD for buying one of the crystal package (60,000 + 30,000 crystals) with a "Double Crystal" card given. But the problem is, after I paid the 14.99 USD, I only receive 90,000 crystals and nothing more. But where is my double crystals? I have bought the 60,000+30,000 and should be 90,000 times 2 = 180,000 crystals in total. Guys, please take a look at the following attachment for reference.

 

Paypal.jpg (this is the payment i made 14.99 USD, and i suppose to receive 90,000 times 2 (double crystals) = 180,000 in total)

Please clarify if the payment is correct, my transaction No. is 13415123. And i should be receiving 180,000 crystals in total. But now I only got 90,000 after the payment. Where is my another 90,000 crystals? Give me back my rest of crystals, this game is unfair, really not fair to players. I paid 14.99 USD but i'm not getting the correct number of crystals. What is your problem?  :angry:

Also notice what is written in the payment section:

 

In other words, the package you see in your shop already shows the double amount of crystals and you've received the correct amount of crystals.
