EDIT: Found a way to use Amazon gift cards / balance to buy crystals indirectly. First add the gift card to your account. Then look for a Forever 21 egift card on amazon, buy it with the balance and have it emailed to yourself. Then hop onto Tanki and buy whatever you want.

Not necessarily, but if you purchase a gift card there, and then buy crystals with it in Tanki, the money that you payed still has to end up with Tanki. And that is where a deal with a provider comes in. If there's no deal with a provider and Tanki would still allow players to buy crystals with those gift cards, they would not receive any money.

In the case of the USA, they were able to strike a deal. It depends on many factors if they're able to do that in other regions also.

well guess what, its not worth it....BECAUSE if you buy 10 golds which cost $10  with a $25 dollar gift card, tank takes the entire gift card and doesn't allow you to purchase not even 1 gold box! Tanki is scamming us, or at least me.-. idk if this is for everyone...but tanki needs to refund me the money I didnt even spend on tanki

Simply because the service provider we work with doesn't have a deal with them.

As I've  said repeatedly in this thread, the service provider we're dealing with only caters for US. We're trying to get more service providers for more countries.

Our Payments Manager is doing her best, believe me. It's an incredibly hard and frustrating job. There's tons of paperwork, technicalities, complexities and politics involved. I wouldn't do that job for a million bucks.

No. I just don't allow people to shoot their mouth with baseless allegations and accusations. Some people (and I'm not necessarily saying this is what happened in this case, mind you) think that just because they are customers, they have a god-given right to do and say whatever pleases them at the expense of everything and everyone. I'm not really sure. I had a look at PayGarden's FAQ but it's not very clear. I recommend you ask their customer support directly. You can contact them here.
