I want compensation

Because of Tanki's flaws it thinks I've already registered for the game, thus I cannot get the code to enter, thus spoiling any chance to win prizes. So, if by the end of the event the problem isn't fixed I want 1 of the 3 items in the 2nd place prize as compensation since I couldn't get in due to the game's bugs. I prefer the free alteration of choice.

 

I have only one email I use so suggesting if I sent it to the right one is out of the question. The game is bugged.

try contacting tech support .. i had to last few games to get issues fixed ... they can also help u walk threw other steps it get it to work

Considering you have posted this topic 6 and a half hours after the game day 1 was released, you did not have much of a chance of getting 2nd prize. You have to find the answer extremely quick every day to place that well. I hate it when people try to take advantage of customer service.

my other acc has all turrets m3 and some m4's so... anyways i didn't mean to call you noob i was in bad mood.

Oh how I just love it when people assume what my intentions are. I made another post right after registration opened but that got ignored so I tried again with this one. Please, unless you have proof to support your claims, keep your comments to yourself since you've only wasted time.

The fact that you requested even part of the second place prize hints at the fact you are trying to take advantage of customer service.

Yes but can you see how frustrating it is for him to have his chances completely blown away through no fault of his own?

He is part of a friendly group with others and we are helping each other with the GAME....no doubt he would have got the keyword right. No doubt at all. :)

Orrr maybe instead of askng for something insane im asking for part of a reward since the website didnt work. I even stated I made a post right after my issue occurred yet you seem so positive im just trying to make a fake profit. Please. Just go away xD

Asking here for a compensation isn't going to work, since we can only try to provide help with technical problems.

Furthermore, you've posted this in the official thread already, which is a more appropriate place for it.

 Your issue is one only the help desk might be able to help with, but first make sure the problem isn't on your end.
