Wrong Assumption of a previous post.

I know they are under pre-mod. what part of I   can not  make a new topic did you not understand it said : You can not create new topics" 

 

And when I went to go reply to threads - same thing but said "you can not reply to threads"

 

 

It clearly said "Can't create new topics" Been around the forum for 2 years. It said "You can not create new topics"  - 

or reply. 

 

 

It is fixed now - maybe someone hit a button or something? Just trying to clear up a big misunderstanding between the differnce.

As for you not being able to create a topic or reply in that section, sounds like you were suffering from the 'beginner' glitch.
