PC wigs out

Just got 3 refurbished HP EliteBook 8460p laptops.  Running Tanki is fine on two of them.  The other one keeps crashing.  We play for a few minutes then the screen wigs out without warning (see attached) and we have to restart the computer.  Are there any recommendations to resolve this issue or to give some guidance when I call customer service?  Thanks

Brand new....so shouldn't be dusty,but I'll try to blow it out.

If its brand new then do what sgg2013 said. It can be that it heats up from game and then shows you that, later it would burn completely and not show anything at all, so better go give it back as fast as possible.
What else you can test, run game wait when it stops work and check under laptop if its hot, then you will know if its bcoz of heating up

If its refurbished it isn't new. Depending on the model it could be several years old. Refurbished is a term used when someone sells a laptop but it doesn't work, they refurbish or tune it up to work properly and resell it. It could be that they are different models, and that one with issues has something wrong that wasn't fixed, such as a bad CPU or Bad Fan.
