go to http://tankionline.com/en  and click ' lost nickname/ password'   ( as you see from image below)  it will then ask you to enter the email address associated with the account,    after that you will get an email sent to you to reset your password   if you have forgot your email, then you would need to email help@tankionline.com      or  if you have forgot your email which is associated to your Tanki account , just use this http://tankionline.com/forms/retrieve/en/  to get it back
