You can find the download links to the old textures here.

However, I am pretty sure it's forbidden to change in-game textures, even if it's for your own perspective.

They're put in place to prevent cheating. You can remove bushes too via spoofing the game files but this is cheating as it can leave snipers in plain sight when they're intentionally hiding under the cover of bushes, such as that 1 camping spot in Kungur. Edited February 18, 2017 by cube3e
