If there was 2 pros in the red team and 2 newbies in the blue team, the red team is going to get wreak. But with the even team, now there is 1 pro and a newbie in the blue and 1 pro and a newbie in the red. See even teams.

Please make sure you explain your idea well. This is quite hard to understand.

 

It looks like you're suggesting to automatically balance teams based on "skill". First of all, it's nearly impossible to accurately measure skill. I assume you expect it to depend directly on the player's D/L, but that is very arguable because often players with a lower D/L are ultimately more useful to the team. Even then, it's still a bad idea to randomise teams because many players want to either play with their friends in one team or play for a particular side (red or blue). It would be very inconvenient if players were pushed around like that without their consent. Anyway, you can discuss the idea of making even teams in this topic.
