Low FPS while recording of screen

Usually i have 60 fps but while i want starting to record of my screen, FPS will be 20-40. How can i fix this problem

Thats just how recording works. There really isnt that much you can do to fix this.

It's up to your PC.. Your PC isn't that good so your FPS goes to 20-40

 

Try to use another recorder like: Bandicam or Action

Programs such as Fraps use your CPU to do the recording. It also depends on how fast the actual hard drive is. For example - I have a SSD when I was trying to record some gameplay fraps cuts my FPS from 60 to 45.
 
All you can do is lower down your Graphics Settings while recording or give a try to other well know screen capture softwares such as Bandicam or OBS.

 

 

Dw m8, You are using Fraps it doesn't matter what FPS you are getting in the game It records smoothly!  :D

What GPU do you have? 
Shadowplay from nvidia supports a lot of GPUs

It's really good I heard that it litterly cause no drop on framerate or slightly only Try it if it supports ur gpu

That could be the program or your machine or just general bandwidth lag. it really depends on if that application uses the internet to record. It looks like it could. So I suggest using OpenBrodcaster or something else. Open Brodcaster is free (its actualy open source) - doesn't contain malware or adware like the ones tanki suggested. (seriously almost every one of them had some sort of adware or malware in it. wasnt good at all! ) - one was caught by my anti  virus software of containing a trojan...
