Many Thanks for Tanki for this celebration, i got no gold (i played more than 7 hours just to get one on my legend account) and i didn't even get special mession but i played with that amazing paint for a while so Thanks !  :) 

 

but this is something that i noticed that Tanki should be aware of: 

 

--> Mults are Tripled whenever Tanki do double gold instead of double funds, most players just pause in polygon CP matches and wait for the gold, they don't even realise that without playing there won't be any funds=no golds... so Please next time do double funds NOT double Golds.

 

--> i hope in  next celebrations paints cost like ~10k to 30k max not 120K like the green one, and  give us-the free players- the chance to buy the shop paint for like 100k, so even if it's not a real chance like buyers have, we could get it by crystals if we really want it  :wub: 

 

having a clear distinct between free players and buyers creat more hate between those two categories of players, and that hate will transfer into a hate to Tanki itself, it's already happening ya know.

 

anyway its just a paint and Tanki have the right to make any price for it's products like i always say, but C'mon, free players want those sexy very rare paints too, be kind to us, you need us too you know, you need us weak so buyers could feel strong.  <_<

In almost 80% battles I played today I saw these ghosts.. and they keep destroying me. End result i have to quit the winning battle..

Same thing i noticed too, it's like halooween event when most players just pause in haloween map and wait for the siren of the gold, but gold rarely drop because half players are not playing so it's not double gold anymore, it's just regular gold box rate, and we are all just wasting our time.  -_-

typical new game sales starting and we having issues with trying to load the shop it wont load / garage takes way to long to open .. and then we also get this.. please make note this was not happening in my system before 1:30 am in Ontario Canada time .. this only started at 8:30 am .. and its not my cache or system cause i was fine all week even had a great battle at 1:30am ..

The game takes forever to load you into a battle using Firefox... It's fine on Chrome, but Tanki is very laggy on Chrome.

What the heck tanki? why replace the kits? I just bought the fireworks kit (would rather have had minotaur) what do you do 3 hours later? replace the kits before the time came to replace them. If you are going to change the kits 2 hours early, please announce it first.

 LOL. Tanki announced Iron Days event weeks in advanvce.  Men. Army. War.  Good, Tanki remember. Tanki like men. Tanki like war.

 

Women's Day they ignore. Want to take Tanki seriously? Tanki has to act seriously..  

 

They don't. 

 

  

 

 

So twelve hours ago I did not kjnow about this sale. So I bought the Atlas kit.

 

Now i learn that if I had waited a couple days, I would have saved about 70,000 Crystals.  But I wasted them, because Tanki cannot be bothered to tell us about an upcoming sale until it is on our doorstep. How about mentioning this in the VLOG?  Oh noooo... why use that to communicate stuff?

 

Just last week I left an irate posting about how Tanki seems to go out of their way to provoke their customers. 

 

This week they rub it in in spades.

 

All I an say is keep repeating that these occurrences just keep coming and that is why I refuse to support Tanki any more with real money. I want to support Tanki but not when they go out of their way to dis-satisfy their customers. Do you guys ever learn?

 

70,000 Cr wasted. Thanks Tanki. For crying out loud!

 

Seriously, you're blowing this out of proportion and making it a sexist issue when it really isn't.

 

As I told you in another thread, we don't announce sales more than 12 hours ahead of time. Yes, you spent crystals, but you received the item you bought fair and square, so you have no grounds for your complaint. You don't see people complaining at shops because they purchased an item 1 day before the sale started.

 

Remember, we are under NO obligation to discount our items. Sales are a privilege. Keep that in mind.

yea, its still happening and today it took me close to 30 minutes just to get into a battle ..then I forgot to change my paint . so I go to garage and it takes me about 5 minutes or more to load .. i gave up and closed page ..then reopened it to log in again .. this time it worked to get into battles.. i even tried to refresh page and still nothing.. so not sure why or what is going on...

And it's the same thing with the client :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: . I just downloaded the client and it's impossible to go in a battle. I changed nothing to my computer.

I agree .. the only thing I saw in my system and this came from my Hotmail .. they updated there log in page .. but over all nothing new in my system .. this log in page also changed the forum log in page , which I'm not sure why it would change it...

I like that. The company telling the customer that the customer has no right to complain about company policy. Now you give us money.

 

If Tanki insists on turning away paying customer then so be it. You canb informn a fool but you cannot force a fool to learn.

 

Let's talk about privilege: Me spending American Dollars on Tanki is the privilege your company has failed to earn.

You have no right to complain, customer. Tanki decides what you will like. Now like what happened to you. Tanki has spoken.

if u have any issues take it up with his boss and the head company.. he has no say in the matter he has to follow the rules.. that the company has given him.. where as if you want things changed u need to see the head people to have things changed.. he is the go between us and head office ..

 

calm down i know how you feel and part of me agrees with u .. if you have a issue with a product you have the right to return it with in so many days or in your case buying before sales you get the sale price .. some stores honor a week before the sales .. it depends on the company policy's and for computer game company's , you might need to do some research on this , cause i really can't say on it.. everyone has there own rules....good luck

Actually where i live all the stores will refund you the difference if you bought an item within a week or 2 of the sale,just sayin.

For Tanki to incorporate return and refund in their policy could be disastrous. People would buy equipment for testing or even for gain and then return them.

 

A price match for a certain time would be a better approach but, I think, not easy to implement. This is mostly because I want a price match on the Isida kit I bought before the sales.  ;)

 

Or Tanki could just tell us about coming celebrations 72 hours in advance, and then about sales 12 hours in advance like they are doing.

 

What are the differences between the two?

 

A celebration announcement would mean that Tanki is preparing something for certain festivity or date, could be a sale, a tournament or whatever. And 72 hours will mean a good amount of people will know about it.

 

A sale announcement would mean that they are having sales.

Women's day is about celebrating women and also focus on equal rights and human rights for women. 

one problem that women have is that media and society objectify women, to only focus on how they look.

 

So the gift that tanki have this year were not really good , high-heels , and lipstick is only focused on how women look.

the gifts cud have been more empowering . but unfortunately its not .. 

 

and by the way Green paint for women's day ?? 

that paint actually don't even make sense for Women's day..

I was thinking the same, but then I was thinking of what gifts would have been more appropriate and I didn't come up with anything good but a 'bouquet of flowers'.

I think they were trying to keep it in a neutral tone .. cause of the men in tanki , some would also want to have it but if it was looking more like a girls paint then not many  would buy....

 

also I agree to scrap some of those gifts that they had , for one the lip stick was not a good choice , maybe something like a truck or a tank / car  in a soft tone color maybe a soft yellow / the high heal shoe sorry not into it , would also like to see something for the older woman  / something for the middle lady's / and then something for the teenagers.. this way if there is one for each but can be used for all players ...then I can go for it..

You made your purchase and received the item as promised. The transaction has been fulfilled. There's nothing to complain about because we have upheld our end of the deal in accordance to the EULA that you agreed to by virtue of playing this game.
