Smoky glitch?

When i was playing and the battle finished exited and it said items have been upgraded smoky m1 and smoky m1.

However i checked and it only had 1 upgrade=Loss of crystals.Please fix.

There was an update today decreasend micro upgrades from 50 to 10, and you have put upgrade yesterday and it finished today? Then if you had 4 or less micro upgrades yesterday this is completely normal.

No i had m1 smoky and then exited the battle and it had a picture of smoky m1 and on top it said item has been upgraded but next to it was the same picture but without the item has been upgraded.I lost all my micro upgrades+sales for buying equipment.

i do not understand, could you pick one of these?

1) you upgraded equipment yesterday and micro upgrades are resetted back to 1

2) you claimed fully micro upgraded m0 (m1) but you lost all discounts for m1s???

you didnt explain it well, moderators will not be able to understand it and they cannot help. If you could attach some pictures here that would be helpful ( prnt.sc )

All my micro-upgrades were lost and I also lost my sales that last forever which was 20% off

@stanzhang beautifully explained what happened. You should take time and read what changes came with the new patch update. Link to the topic:  Patch Update #449 - Released 16th March 2017. To answer the second part of your problem: ''Sales that should last forever (in your case 20% off)'' in other words ''Bulk discounts for buying items of the same type were removed from the game. Now once again click on the link and slowly read about the new patch update. You will find all the answers.

Everyone lost their sales which last forever. That is normal

You lost your MUs because of the same update. Assuming you had between 5 and 14 MUs on your smoky, it would essentially go to the 10 MU mark, and the update made the 10 MU mark equal to the new 1 MU mark.

I have no explanation for having 2 pictures of smoky m1.
