That's the thing I have never seen a person think we are a mod. As stated in the post above, the square brackets clearly show it is a clan and not a status.

 

I still see no valid excuse as to why the clan tag was changed.

There won't be a single moderator that will care about us, we should just change it to Death

And will we be allowed to change the tag? It's just rude to change our own clan tag, which we purchased with real money, without notifying us beforehand of what we would like to change our tag to.

Right now, I feel ashamed for such a lousy clan tag. Literally every battle I visit, I wince because of how horrible this clan tag is. 

The best thing you can do (if you're the license owner) is to contact the help desk to ask for your clan tag to be changed, along with a clarification on why it was changed in the first place. You can use this form.

I think its the stupidity of players who think it as MODS and are lazy enough to not to check the page of the clan in game at least. The leader should be contacted and tag should be changed on their decision.

Nope... Tanki blocked our leader's acc for entering the wrong information three times in a row... he doesn't understand how he got it wrong, and now he's trying to get his account back.

 

Now, not only is the clan tag still [dodpn], but our leader is also blocked, so he paid around 36 USD for nothing. The in-game clan is worthless now.

When he tryed to change our clan tag to something better than dodnp tech asked him for account information. He told everything and tanki was thinking that its wrong info (All what tanki cares about is just IP and nothing else except money) so he got blocked. As kukii got blocked, our clan got blocked.

1 dude who also had issues with tanki told me to contact AE. He told Alternativa Editor guys helped him. 

So i was thinking.. What worse can happen? Il just ask for help to Cedric's boss to come and help resolve this issue which includes money.

If you can't answer questions related to your own account. Chances are pretty high that it isn't yours at all o_O Moreover I believe tech support guys are well trained (unless trainees)

there is a possibility that tanki is looking at the other main account which was MOD when you first started out and this could be part of the confusion with the other clan who had it before you . for one we really have no clue what is going on on there end , see if you can get someone in tech support to help on this give all the correct info along with screen shots of when you first started the account / clan if you have all the proof it is yours then it should be resolved soon .. good luck

if they do that how do they know who is on the other side . so its kind of hard for them to trace some of them.

 

also i agree there should be a hidden question for all our accounts so even if your missing some info then you have the back up emergency question to be given so they can see its the correct player..
