I am here to report I did not get my full offer.

I payed $4 for 30k gems 7 day premium and 20 of ever abillity's.

I got the 30k gems and 20 abilituies but I did not get the premium I am wondering do I have to activate it or something?

I found someone with just a tad bit better kd in a single game and he got more crystals but does not have premium. He had 30kills 8 deaths I had 32 kills and 12 deaths.

Seems like you got your supplies, crystals but you wondering  whether you got the 7 day Premium you purchased and you certainly got it. You have that special rank icon which is visible everywhere: in Chat, in battles and on Forum which tells whether you are a Premium player or not. 

 

About the crystals you mentioned  it is true that if you are a Premium player you get 50% bonus to experience points earned in battles as well as 100% bonus to crystals earned in battles so you should get that much. Next time you see same thing/problem, please take a screenshot of it and post it in here so we can see what kind of situation you were in when the battle ended.

 

It is not all about the kills, many other things can cause this kind of thing like the team the player was, whether he/she was using Isida to heal, score, etc so I guess screenshot would be your best option but for now things should be working perfectly fine for you. Good luck!
