I want to vocalize my desire to initiate a conversation with another living being in hopes of befriending or discussing other topics of interest or of relevance.

Wow, I am astonished at your impressively augmented vocabulary and use of exotic words and syntax.

I wish to interact with certain individual beings within proximity of close relation, or within a circle of individuals whom I desire to become within such proximity of, to discuss matters of fine or a greater level of attraction to ones moral code or emotional intriguing.

Too much ''or''s but other than that, it is perfect.  Try to make the whole thing into one thing, one sentence and I will steal this one as well.

The "or"'s are placed there to give me an excuse to make the whole thing longer or more interesting.

See? :P

I am at this present time, of the impression that that which you have done or said, and which I am referring to, is currently providing me with enjoyment.

In English, using words only, there are probably a dozen words or phrases that could be used to convey a greeting:

Salutations
Greetings
Hello, Hallo, Hullo
Heya
Hiya
What ho?
Howdy, Howdy-do
Good day, Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening, Good night.
What's up?, Whassup?, Whuzzup?
Yoo-hoo!

Going to the more archaic, we can look at William Shakespeare for some inspiration as well:

"What cheer?" (How're you?)
"How now?"
"How dost thou?" (How're you doing?)
"Good even/day/ and twenty, <person>" (Good evening/day, times twenty, Bob."
"Hail"
"Good morrow." (Hello/Good day)
"Peace, friend." (Hello, friend)
