Complaint about a garage glitch

First of all, I had like to say that I respect the Developers of Tanki and other related people and that by no means am I being disrespectful to them.

On 1st April, I upgraded Hammer M1 and Hornet M1(1/10) in the morning. In the afternoon, a message came "The item has been upgraded" for both of them. I bought Badger T-D M1 after that. I checked the garage and both Hammer and Hornet were not upgraded. I thought that it was just a glitch but now, on April 3 when I checked my profile, the module was not there. I know you are busy, but would you please give me back my module? I hope that I would not be disappointed and that soon I would get what is rightfully mine. I apologize if I have been offensive by any means.

I thought I could get my module back, because the sale has ended now and I will have to buy it with 30 000 crystals.  :(

As mentioned above, whatever you bought or had in that sale will be returned to you so rest assured, just fill the form and you will be fine. Make sure you provdide them enough information about the problem and how it happened. Good luck!
