Since Summer is about to start in here, the weather should be good and enjoyable. Usually  average 13 to 17°C, a bit more depending on the days.

 

February is usually Finland's coldest month, with temperatures averaging from - 22 to -3°C. In northern Finland, winter temperatures often drop as low as -30°C or even down to -50°C, sometimes with strong, cold easterly or northeasterly winds, but luckily the cold is over so I guess it is great (at least for me.)

for us today in Ontario the great white North we have sunny days clear blue sky's with small clouds , but warming up after our freak snow storm on Thursday . Spring is just around the corner here ..Toronto +7c

Seems like where you are leave is kind of similar to where I live except that the -50°C is mostly on the North-Finland, so the more you go up, the colder it gets but in the capital city, it doesn't get higher than -30°C unless there is really a very cold weather.

Probably in the capital city and maybe some other villages/places that are a bit far/near the city depending on the time I will have but yea, mostly in the capital city.
