Can't load the garage; getting kicked from battles.

Tanki got your stuff fixed man, I have lost all my daily mission chains and cant even go into the damn garage without getting kicked out due ti inactivity! It is not my internet because I have the best, I pay $160.00 a month!

Well the lag in tanki isn't that severe, maybe it was just temporary. Try again later. If that doesn't work I suspect some problem with your net (as expensive it may be) as Tanki works fine for the rest of us

Seems like you have some issues, I would appreciate if you would tell me what Browser you use in case you use any or if you are using the Client or the Standalone Flash Player and a little bit of more information about the problem, thank you.

You Sir are a Professional...Sorry If I was a little overboard there.

 

I use Firefox and have been having issues for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I am just mad because I always like to complete the daily mission chain. I do not upload the client because my antivirus said it was not safe. I try to go in the game and if I am lucky after about 2 or 3 minutes it starts, and if I go to the garage It takes too long and I get removed due to inactivity. It is just very annoying Sir.

You are not the only one who is having problems with Firefox. Lately many other tankers are complaining about the same thing when it comes to playing on Firefox. The first thing I would recommend you to do is to leave using Firefox till the issues get solved and use any other Browser preferably Chrome. Also I'm curious to know if you already tried the Standalone Flash Player? If you never tried it before than give it a try, why not.  ;)

 

And lastly but not least... the Client doesn't have any viruses, some anti-virus programs might think of it as a virus or sometimes the windows protector detects it as a virus but it is 100% safe. You can go and upload the file to one of the websites that can scan any file with a lot of different antivirus programs. 

 

• If one of the anti-viruses you have detects it as a virus than I would recommend you to disable it and instead the client than after that enable your anti-virus and let it scan and see whether the Client has a virus on not or not, it won't detect anything, at least not for me and some others.
• If the problem is the windows defender than simply  run the troubleshoot compatibilty and follow the instruction in there and this might fix the issue.
• And sometimes the reason why the windows defender detects it as a virus is because this happens when the file you are trying to open is in the "Program Files" folder and easy way to fix this is to Click "More info" on the prompt and you'll see "Run anyway" option. If you don't see it, just open the properties of file and there would be an option to "Unblock" the file. After unblocking, the app will run.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that when I am waiting in the game, players join and they are invisible to me. I cant see players LOL, I have to leave the battle and join back to be able to see them and play.

By the way, you don't have to leave the battle in order to see all players in the battle. If they are invisible or you don't see some of them, don't leave the battle. Simply refresh and you will be able to see them all.
