just 1-2 hours ago I got kicked out of the game 3 time frequently while in a battle .Thought there is something wrong with my network.after 30 minutes i got phone message from my email that someone tying to enter my account from another country.I quit from the game and logged in my email to change the password.after that logged in my tanki account to change password but someone has already used over 150k crystal on micro upgrading and speed up on my m2 hornet(8/10) which is doing now (10/10) due to some hacker.If its possible pls verify and revert the micro upgrade and give my crystal back .

 

If its also possible to give phone notification if someone try to hack my tanki account like that email site did to avoid this kind of issue in future.

I think you should write to Tech support or fill up this form. 

 

Mail of tech support is help@tankionline.com. Your text should include the following information:

 

1.Your nickname

2. What is missing from your account and how much of it?

3. Date of loss

4. Do you have any new items in the Garage that you did not purchase?

 

You have to give Tech support as much information as possible.

If your account got hacked click here also read this article on how to protect your account against hackers. Fill this form for your lost crystals and if it's verified that the hacker spent your crystals you'll get the amount of crystal you lost back.

no way they could steal my account.it has email linked.but hacker did cracked my To password and tried to hack that email too which is linked .thank god they send me a mobile message and alert me .

Another suggestion; if you used the same password anywhere else its advisable to change it.
