The help desk is responsible for blocking accounts, not the battle moderators. Battle moderators can only report players to the help desk with the proof they gathered. What happens after, is entirely in the hands of the people that work at the help desk. This means that your question can only be answered by the help desk.

i saw a vid about copy and pastin paints from the wiki into ur cache..and then usin the holiday paint to get any paint u want...is this allowed?

 

 

That's an exploitation of a bug commonly known as "Change Textures". That's a violation as the Game Rules say.

If someday you see this violation in battles made by (an)other player(s), feel free to report that by creating a topic in the Game Violations Reports section.

I have a question, just 2 minutes ago i was at a 27 flag limit 4vs4 ctf battle, my k/d was almost 10.00 and we were winning 15 flags to 1 and battle fund was at 17k until this captain joined with m0 isida. He kept asking the enemy to come get our flag and that he wouldn't attack them. He clearly wanted the battle to end so he could get the high battle fund. in the end he got 976 crystals for a score of 1500, which is a lot as compared to what he would have gotten had he played and won a battle of his rank. He just came to heal to get exp and mult the rest of us by pushing us so the battle would end. in the end we lost with my k/d at 3.73.

can i report him for multing? i have the screenshot of the chat where he said things like "red team go gooo win, **** my team". and if i do report him what would happen to him? there's also the part where i insultd him in the chat so... i want to be sure he gets banned if i report him, i don't want to get banned myself while you let him off because i don't have enough evidence.

what are you talking about? i didnt create any new topic; and i didnt use any profanity... i put 4 *s. and i do not want to report sabotage, i'm just checking if it qualifies as multing and if i have enough evidence. now stop trying to be a mod

By the sound of it, it might qualify as sabotage, but one cannot be sure without a recording of the player's actions. Based on a screenshot of the chat, nothing can be done unfortunately.

As long as the 2 of you are playing normally just like you play in normal battles against other tankers, nothing is wrong with it, you can freely choose which format, battle, equipment you want to use, same goes for your friends/opponents.

Why do battle moderators never respond for serious reports? And if they're busy why would they even be battle moderators, battle moderators are supposed to be only for almost 16 hours a day at least and look for the reports coming and view each of them.

Reports will only become visible (highlighted) to the battle mods when at least 25% of the players in a battle votes the violator. There are incredibly many active battles at the same time and a portion of those are private battles where a player is using multiple accounts to powerlevel. These specific battles are highlighted to the battle mods.

When they check out a highlighted battle, they have to observe the battle for quite a while and record to collect proof in case there's a player violating the rules.

Apart from that, battle mods also have to  review reports coming in on the forums (not just the English forum), which takes up quite some of their time.

Lastly, many people vote players that violate the chat rules. When that happens, a battle moderator will basically waste time observing and recording the battle, simply because there are no in-game violations going on. Battle moderators are not chat moderators and they will not be able to see any chat violations that were made before they entered the battle.

 

All of the above combined unfortunately causes many violators to be left unpunished. It certainly doesn't mean that battle moderators do nothing all day.

Just wanna give Thumbs Up to battle moderators, these days they were incredible. Also i have seen 2 people banned infront of me in island battle, they were swearing and provocating, mod came and banned em, one for month other for week ( both on my team ) but i got away with it hhh

It's because there are so many servers with many battles in and the battle moderator group is fairly small in comparison to some other groups and they simply cannot cover everything. It's certainly not because they "don't do their work."
