Just sit in the lobby and watch the 1v1 battles, you can see a lot of powerleveling, though there is no actual proof because there is no one to take a video or screen shots. That's one rule players get away with without being reported or banned, because you have to have proof. When you have 2 players at opposite ends of the rank limits and the lower rank is scoring BIG scores and the higher one sits at 0. Hummm makes me wonder. Wish I was a robot bug equipped with a camera.

This is not your fight to pick. For mods, those battles are highlighted so much, their interface resembles a christmas tree.

i want a mod/ dev who can spare 5 minutes in PM. i found a serious sting of cheaters and hackers like never before. i need to report to devs. it crossed the stage of reporting in game reports. i need to explain to a person who can ban them immediately. even may be developer.

Would this scenario be considered as multing/being a saboteur (in case you have to check in a highlighted battle)?:

When a player plays with M1/M0 equipment in a M3/M4 battle, though he has M3s in his garage. But he acts normal, which means he apparently tries to fight vs. enemies with the low equipment.

Is using bad equipment in battles punishable? Is it multing? For example, consider an all legend battle in Noise CTF, RU2. Everyone is using M4 equipment and drugging, but one legend, despite having M4s, chooses to use M0 equipment. Would that person be guilty of violating rules?

If this player was using м0 and has better equipment , like м2 or 3 , in his garage , so this situation can be considered as Sabotage . (but it's always better to watch the player how he is playing , how he is acting and ....)

Sabotage — Any acts or omissions aimed at creating obstructions for the team where the User is a member, including in CTF, TDM and CP modes, fighting against the team of which you are a member (intentional selection of weak equipment, frequent pauses, inactivity or intentional failure to comply with map’s or game mode’s requirements, imitation of issues with internet connection), damaging/destroying an ally’s tank, fighting in the interest of the opponent’s team (conspiracy);

And in reality, if you were to power level, you would only get crystals from ranking unless you did it the long way where you would get crystals. And if you did it the short way, you would have to invest real money into the game to be a fair stage when you are in the rank stages of M4s. Anyways, what is the reality? I do not understand, if it is allowed, or not allowed. Otherwise, the support gave me an incorrect answer and should deal with what I reported, no?

PowerLeveling isn't allowed in Tanki Online . Check Game Rules 2.1.4

Where did you saw in your video a battle between accounts owned by a same user ? Same IPs ?
