Battle mods moderate and Check all battles ( Pro or MM ), and MM battles are limited (only 7 minutes) and complaints are send to Battle mods in real time, so the quicker players report the violator in the battle the quicker a battle mod will come and check the battle and deal with the violations.

In PRO battles I play medium and small maps, so I think it's probably the percentage requirement difference, or it could also be that mods need more time and MM doesn't give them that.

 

The thing is that MM needs more moderating.

What I meant is that it's rare to see mods in MM moderating battles. But in PRO you can see them moderating.

The complaint is not against mods but about the system. Maybe they need to lower the requirements for MM.

Bunch of hackers lately, hunters with speed hack, wasps flying around Archipelago and shooting, and who knows what else from the smartest hackers.

Please, next time be more specific on the type of moderators and the actual problem you are referring too. Cryptic message can only be miss-interpreted, people can't accurately guesswork what is it in your head.

 

The threshold of voting required to trigger a report to a Battle moderator has already been reduced from 25% to 15% for all battles (MM+Pro Battle).

15% is about 3 players for 8x8, so you need 2 additional players to vote like you did. As few low rank players know about it, you will have to educate your teammates and request them use the voting system.

I have run into a player who constantly calls names, impedes in battle, and generally makes a real ass of himself in an effort to get revenge for an imagined. slight.  Today he sent me a badge containing a physical threat along with knowledge of where I live.  Is there anything  you can do to help me with this?  He has mentioned my children in the threat, and he seems to be a bit unstable.

Unfortunately there is no way of reporting him. The only way of him getting banned is if a Chat Moderator catches him saying these things. The best thing for you to do is click on his name and then the "Ignore" button and you won't be able to see any more messages from him.

also go to settings and turn off the "accept gifts from all players" option

 

now only your friends can send you gifts

thanks for  your replies.  i sent an email to tankihelp.com and this morning received a badge from the player saying "player was banned".  not sure what to make of that, but we will see.

Hi, I doubt the help desk will be able to help you with your problem, but just ensure that you have used the "Ignore" button on the player. Also if you received a gift from a player that said "User was banned" it means the player has a chat ban and their message was changed to a standard note. See more here.

It is a continuous fight between the hackers and the developers.

Have you seen any lately? If so report them to improve the game.

Yes the Anti-cheat system works fine, but as said in a previous live stream (July 2019) it definitely needs updating continuously, but there's no point doing it now in Flash. A new system with an improved architecture will be made and add to the game specifically for HTML5 version when it's fully released.

It counts the reaction to you posts. As there are only positive reaction available it can only go up. So nobody is worse than someone else.

The reputation system as now only show how many people reacted to your posts (regardless the number of post you made).
