This guy doesn't know about forum. He got this problem. He told me that he has cleared all the cache as well.

What if he used Standalone Flash Player?

If you seen the player in need of help than please direct him/her to the Forum and tell him/her where to go, how to complain, etc since you are the one who seen him/her and not take a picture and make a new topic for him/her in this section unless you have already done it than he/she will make the topic on his own since you already helped him/her (if you did.) It seems like you already helped him/her enough so direct him/her to this section and tell him/her what to do please.

 

There are a number of ways for which the issues can be resolved, and while they tend to have a few of the same answers, a good amount of the information is dependent on the individual who is having the issue.Given it looks like you were attempting to speak on behalf of him/her, no real specifics on the issue were, or could have been given. In the future, please only post topics when you in specific are in need of aid, thank you. 

 

A few easy solutions to resolve lagging issues are the following:

• Turn off the volume by clicking the button in the upper right hand corner of your in-game screen.
• Go to settings -> Un-click, "Automatic Graphics Quality" -> Un-click everything that has just appeared.
• Clear your browser cache, Client cache, shared objects, flash cache depending on what you are using.
• Ensure that you don't have other Flash programs running, and that other web tabs you have open are closed.
• Attempt running Tanki through standalone Flash.

If he/she has any issues that can't be solved by that, please let them know to post their own topic in here and be very specific about what his/her issue is, thank you.
