Which turret is better for Hornet M3 - Freeze or Isida M3? I play in big and mid maps.

Sandstone or Hohloma?

Tough one. It surely depends on your gamestyle and what weapons you hate the most. Sandstone is 20k cheaper and offers good rail and thunder protection which are needed. Although to me the 15% shaft is useless. Then we have Hahloma which offers great smoky protection which is useful as they surely increase. The freeze peotection is also good although its not preventing you from staying frozen for 10 seconds. Rico protection is the less usefull as there arent as many. But for sure way better then that shaft protection with sandstone. So what is your gameplay that you like so I can help more?

They are gonna increase after new physics come out. And freeze protection will not decrease the time of being frozen but will increase the time needed to get freeze.

I'm leaning more toward Hohloma at the minute - Freeze is annoying, Smoky is annoying especially when I use Railgun and Ricochet is getting buffed up so the protection will be a big help. I'll be able to survive Smoky critical hits as well.

 

Sandstone - don't need Shaft protection, Twins is getting nerfed - if it weren't, I'd be getting Urban. Thunder would be a big help and I can deal with Rails.

Close range guns like Isida work best with the faster hulls like Hornet which u r using. 

 

U will find Isida with healing earned XP + killing XP will help u rank up quicker.

 

Thunder - u have to watch out for self damage from the splash effect, not good with a Hornet with its lower Hp / health.

 

After the new physics come out Isida will be even better, with Hornets increased speed. Great for zoom healing and killing. FTW

Sandstone: Twins 5%, Thunder 14%, Railgun 20%, Shaft 15%

-Twins and Shaft protections aren't worth much, IMO

-Thunder and Railgun are good, but not a lot of protection

 

Hohloma: Freeze 20%, Ricochet 20%, Smoky 22%

-Freeze and Smoky are nice protections, especially considering all the M2s and M3s of each that players use

-Ricochet isn't very common now, however once you're at Major, new physics will have given it a huge boost

 

 

Hull for railgun?

Light or medium, but it's all down to what you prefer. I'd suggest Hornet or Hunter.

I really like wasp m2 so I want to buy the m3 wasp kit. It going to cost me 399k of crystals and I could spend that valuable amount to get isida thunder to m3 and hunter and Rico to m2.

 

I don't want to wait later than that and get dictator kit becuase it's going to take too long.

So at this level I commonly use m1 twins/m1 hunter or m1 rail/m1 hornet. I've been saving up for the sale at New Year's. I'm hoping it's 50% (does anyone have any thoughts about that will it be 50% or what)?

 

Anyway twins are awesome but I don't see myself going anywhere with them and they are especially expensive for m2 and m3. I don't really want to get m2 rail, because I feel like it's not that much better than m1 rail. And recently I've fallen in love with thunder, both on my noob and because of my clan. So I was hoping that I could m1 that and m2 hornet at New Year's sale? I'm definitely going to m1 thunder because that's the direction I want to pursue.

Also, I don't have a good paint (only forester), so I was thinking I'd try for corrosion or cedar if the sale was 50%? Which one of those should I do? Or should I wait for something like rustle or sandstone?

 

I have 25000 crystals right now, so I think it's feasible for me to get at least the m1 thunder m2 hornet right (assuming 50%)? Should I go with that hornet and paint? or should I save for something else, like even m2 mammoth?

 

So my questions summarized are:

-Is New Year's sale gonna be 50%?

-I want to do m1 thunder, so what should I do as far as hulls, hornet or otherwise?

-Paints, should I do corrosion, cedar, or something else?
