M1 Railgun with M1 Titan/Mammuth.

Last times I am thinking what to use...Let's discuss

 

Mammoth:                                  Titan:

-Wide,                                     OR                         -Not as wide as Mammoth,

-200hp,                                                                   -190 hp,

-3.4 m/sec,                                                             -4 m/sec

-27 grad/sec.                                                          -42 grad/sec

 

So I want you tankers to tell me what would you use.

If u are using railgun then get titan m1. This is because its faster and helps you get to cover more quickly than mammoth. mammoth does have quite a bit more health though, but I would go with titan!

Hornet, it's much cheaper. Although Hunter has a huge leap from M0 to M1.

Considering the physics update is coming really soon, Twins is being nerfed, so it's quite an obvious choice to get Thunder M1.

WRONG.  :) IMHO, if you're using railgun, it's probably best to do it with a quick tank. But if you really want mammy or titan, get mammy. When you're sniping, you don't need speed that much. But you do need a lot of health, so if you are hit by other snipers, you will still survive. Titan costs a bit less than mammy, but it trades 44 health for only an extra 0.6 speed. Not worth it. I'd choose Mammoth.

Rico M0 sucks. It only starts getting better at M2. Shaft M0 is OP at your stage since everyone uses Hornets, Railgun is great too, and so is Thunder. It depends on your playing style, though.

I guess Shaft could work too, but it can only 1 hit Hornet and Wasp. Also, Firebird M2 is cheaper by a lot, and it won't be effected by the physics update.

The next tankman day is next year, so you have a lot of time. M2 Hornet is very cheap and has the speed of M1 Wasp. For me, it has ok-ish protection but has decent speed, so it is fast enough for me. If you feel that you need more protection, aim for M2 Hunter.

I agree with FC, get Hornet at next sale. It's not that expensive and Major is a ways away.

Okay this is a bit far from now (one month) analyzing but im thinking o possible out comes of rank and crystals by NY sale. Lets see, I got 21k crystals and I am half way through rank. I approximate, that by NY I should be between 2nd LT-captain in rank. Crystals are a bit hard to determine because of contests, income, and daily gifts/golds. But im thinking I should have around 30-60k. Well, hunter m2 would be unlikely. But rail m2 has a better chance of me getting it. Hunter m2, rail m2, and firebird m2 is really all I need. But lets say I am 2nd LT by then, what should I get? Hornet m2 would be my next choice to get. Should I? If I get it id use it with rail m1.

I would want rail m2 but if I am not the rank , hornet m2 would be a good choice....

My plan is to get Rail M2, but some people say it's not a large enough improvement on M1, so I'm wondering if Thunder M2 would be better. Anyone have experience with these?

Rail m2 rocks at your rank, and i used it till marshal. Go for the one you like to play with.
