If you're going to get M1 Rail at your rank, you might as well go for M2, but honestly, M2 Freeze is the worst M2. I got it a month ago, and I haven't used it in forever. Hunter is a lot better than Hornet now, since they got speed buffs, but if you prefer camping, then Hunter; if midfielding and a little bit of attacking then Hornet.

Well, for M2's, the best tip is to just keep crystals in your account and just let it sit there. When a sale comes around, you can buy what you want at a discount. You don't want to miss out on a random 65% sale on Railgun!

I would go with Isida rather than Freeze, since Freeze got a huge nerf. M2 Freeze feels like M1 to me, and unless you really like Freeze, then you should go with something else. You could use M1 Thunder/M1 Hunter up to Captain where M2 Thunder and M2 Hunter unlocks, but it's a pretty pricey combo. Don't get M1 Hornet if you get M1 Hunter (and vice versa)

You cant compare an m2 to an m1. If you can get hornet m1 along with thunder and hunter, all the more reason to go with that.

Yeah I guess... You know what dough, I think I'll get Hornet m2. Freeze m2 and Hornet m2 paired together along with Tundra WILL be awesome. I once got a really nice game in Sandbox CP with Hornet m0 and my Freeze, and I still came first in my team and won the game. I'm a guy who likes both offense and defense. I've already got my defensive hull (Titan), so I think I ought to get an offensive hull (Hornet). It doesn't make the most sense if I get Hunter, because then my hulls will be favouring towards the defensive side, and I am getting tired of it due to the fact that Titan is my only m1 hull and I got it nearly 6 months ago. I am willing to sacrifice the fact that I can't get Thunder m1. I can wait. If I can wait 6 months to get a hull, I can wait (hopefully not 6 months) to get a turret.

Honestly, I think Sale is only going to be 30% since we completed 3/5 of the Christmas week thing. . ..

 

but IF things happen to go on 50% sale, I'll get an M2 Isida/M2 Wasp combo.

 

If not, I'll just take an M2 Wasp. :P And even playing with Colonels/Brigadiers, I'm still good with Freeze/Wasp. It's a Win-win situation for me it seems. . . :D

@Moth999: M3 Hornet or M2 Firebird right? In this scenario, Hornet would be the better choice I think. Unless you have something like M2 Wasp- then you could get Firebird and try that combo out. But assuming you don't, get Hornet!

 

@NFS: Attacking AND Defending? Freeze right off the bat.

 

However, if you, for some reason, don't want Freeze anymore, then I'd advise Isida.

Kk guys, I have a WO4 rank acc and I have

 

M1 - Thunder,Viking,Rail,Freeze,Fire,Smoky,Twins,Mammy,Titan,

Paints (worth noting)  - Tundra

 

and I will 100% be buying the m2 hull kit as soon as I hit WO5, and I was wondering whether I should buy Freeze M2, or wait for Isida M2 and buy that to accompany the new M2 hulls I get... 

 

Would've stuck with M1 Freeze but since it got nerfed a lil, Im thinking if getting the M2 will be worthwile...

Hornet is more speed than protection. Hunter still has speed but with a lot more protection. If you use short-range turrets, then Hornet. If you use Rail, then Hunter.

smoky for all combats u shall use,easy & good,

but twins ,u have to use for close combat,but it fast & smoky little slow

both, u have to learn how to play nice with em .find fighting style,then go for upgrad'em 

your choise :D
