do i upgrade dictator m2 for railgun ( i have hornet m2 too )

I would suggest staying with hornet m2 and getting another m2 weapon, like thunder, rico or freeze...

 

Dictator doesn't work well with other guns other than rail, IMO

Well lots o' people have Railgun paint as well... Put it this way; people buy paints for turrets they feel are "overpowered". If Rico was OP right now, everyone would have Ricochets and Spark. No matter what turret, if there are many people using it, and is a great turret, will have paints against it guaranteed. Don't let paints bother your turret choices, Imo. I'm getting m2 Thunder fyi, and if you like it, you should too. :D

I disagree, I think that Thunder m2 is actually OP (especially when you get it at Captain/Major). I do great with Thunder in DM even if there are Cedars/Rustles. This is because you attack them when they have already been hit. If they are a Mammoth + Cedar/Rustle then just move onto a different opponent.

Suplies are commenly refered to as drugs, with the use of them shaft is extremely good (also other weapons)

hulls benefit from drugs also

it is a very good gun in my opionon and meuduim damage but fast reload

when i was a bit higther than ur rank on tankemen's day i brought shaft m1

 i use double power and it can kill evry tank.

It'll depend on the sales, if melt your heart comes here first, I'm getting fire m2, if a thunder sale comes first I'll get thunder m2 first. :D

Hunter is better for thunder, if you have hornet m1 already, I'd suggest saving up for hornet m2.
