Dude, at higher ranks 1900 crystals is considered as nothing. Isida isn't for attacking though. Personally I find it boring. Use firebird if you like it and are good at it. Actually, freeze has higher DPS (damage per second), lasts 2 more seconds then firebird and reloads faster. But don't go on stats, a player with skills can defeat any tank. Shaft is good, but you need to be patient. I don't like thunder, but you need to use it for some time to gain experience. Ricochet is also very good if you can master it. If you have m3 Hornet you don't need an m2 hull !

I am only a Brigadier. Also I do need to upgrade my hulls to M2 and then M3.

I'd say get a medium hull like Viking or Dictator?

I bought Light M3 on Saturday and was low on crystals. Atm, I have 28k so I could just about get enough for Mammoth M2. 4k a day would do for me as I don't have much time to play Tanki for the week.

 

I only need two hulls which I would use, a light and heavy. Hornet M3 is my light, and I need heavy. I could go for Titan or Mammoth. I am going for Mammoth because it is far cheaper plus I plan on getting Mammoth M3 (if I ever get there).

If I feel I need to get another hull I would get Viking M3 on the way and that's all the hulls I need.

Hi tankmen,

 

I was about to get m3 twins kit, before the new update. NOw that they change everything. Most say m3 smoky is better than m3 twins; only a few say m3 twins is better than m3 smoky with the update. Do you guys want to write down pros and cons of each smoky and twins here?

Honestly, everyone could write down pros and cons, but it wouldn't help you that much. Play with both, regardless of Mark (although, if you have one at M2 and one at M0, then that might be a problem...) and just play some games. Which turrent feels more comfortable and natural? Which one gives you a higher kill rate? I had to make that decision a few months ago with the Shaft and Railgun. I tried the shaft, I got four kills in five minutes. Then I left the game (it was before that awesome "changing weapons in a middle of game feature") and switched to railgun. I got 4 kills in one minute without any deaths. That was when I knew I was a railgun. That was M0, though, but it set my path for tanki. (Although recently, Shaft is now awesome. I'm not switching from railgun, but I am using it more.)

 

So just play with the gun, look at the stats at M3. Also, remember, there are MU's. So which one feels natural.

Twins M3 is still powerful imo, Smoky is more enjoyable to play with than before, I almost always get a crit after 3 shots.
