You mean, like Hammer M3? Not sure about Hammer M2's effectiveness now because it's been a while since M1.

Which makes Hammer more precise and deadly? But this also increases the chance of a missed shot?

He means the number of pellets that hit a tank will decrease at range because they spread out, not the the number of pellets per shot.
