What to buy? Which is better?

Hi everyone, this is my very first post. I have just ranked up to WO3. My weapon of choice is the Railgun on a Hunter hull. I unfortunaty was not of high enough rank to be able to purchase an M1 Railgun during Tanki's birthday sale. However, now I'm of the right rank but there's no sale. Would it be worth it to simply buy the M1 Railgun at full price or should I wait until another sale, which means I may be playing with M0 equipment for a while?

If you don't want to play with M0 stuff you can always play on a noob account and wait until the sale to get m1 stuff  :D

i dont know when the next sale would be so i would have to rank up twice to get twins m1 ( i have only a little bit before i rank to wo3 )

Since Smoky is a medium-reload turret, I'd go with a medium hull like Hunter or Viking. I prefer Hunter.

If you don't want to play with M0 stuff you can always play on a noob account and wait until the sale to get m1 stuff  :D

Well, I bit the bullet and bought just the M1 railgun at full price. So far it seems to have been worth the money. A huge difference in performance. I'll wait till the sale to get an M1 Hunter though :)

Too light because you can't hide like a railgun. Use Hornet (with Smoky) only if you want to run with flags.

About even between CP and CTF although I enjoy Poly CP the most. 2 of them. Something to diversify gameplay as I will have only freeze and rail. Im looking for the most OP and fun to play with. Will be pairing them all with viking for the most part. Thanks.

The fun part is subjective. For me, I think Rico is the most fun, and it is pretty powerful. The Twins may be as powerful, but it is boring and noob like. The Isida has the advantage of being able to do good even if it is not next to the enemies. So, at this point, it is mostly what you like most since micro upgrades can bring all M3 turrets to near the same power. Fire is more powerful than Freeze in Poly CP, but most Gizmos have Zeus, which comes with builtin 50% against fire. So, the choice is pretty much yours unless you have a specific question.

Freeze M2 is much more powerful than Thunder M1 (lime nearly 3 times), but it's a short-range turret, so it depends on what kind of maps and play style you use.

 

In Love is better than either paint, but it depends on what turrets annoy you most.

I quite agree my paints on main arent varied, but I can hold on xD Cherry is indeed a nice paint

and misguides ppl into thinking I have Ruby :lol:

 

ANd Tundra is for Rails on those occasional battles...
