Tanki blessed me with that 45% off ricochet after I played 12 hours straight to rank up. Buying this with electra will add up to about 85k crystals, leaving me with 42k crystals to spare. Any suggestions on what else to buy?

I'd honestly say Isida if you are planning on playing Poly with it. 15% difference is alot, but isida was significantly cheaper to start with.

Go for Twins and Hammer. As for the MUs, upgrade only the first few parameters.

well, the sale percentages completely screwed all my plans up... now I'm probably going to get rail m2, hornet m2, and rico m2.

 

How good is rico+hornet at my rank? It's very good at m3, according to my test-server experiences.

 

Also, do the discounts on turrets+hulls apply to kits also?

No kits will likely be in the garage at the time of the sales, so no. Rico m2 hornet m2 is decent at your rank, but come brigadier it will be slightly under powered. If I were you, I'd go with m2 dictator. Unless XP/BP is as important to you as it seems to be :)
